Mark+ is an interactive digital experience for La Vida Homes, created to help homebuyers personalise floorplans online with more confidence and less overwhelm.
The project brought together brand identity, website UI, animation direction and app design thinking to create a guided customer journey across desktop and mobile.
I designed the Mark+ brand identity, logo, UI direction, animation approach and supporting app design concepts. Working alongside the La Vida Homes team, web developers, drafting specialists and content partners, I helped shape a digital experience that felt simple, useful and engaging.

The project was delivered over a nine-month period and launched as a new digital customer experience for La Vida Homes.
Post-launch, the client reported 45 legitimate submissions within 24 hours of launch, including leads indicating build readiness within three, six and twelve months.
